In 2009 the Williams FW31 was driven by Nico Rosberg and Kazuki Nakajima.
Again, Williams were still unable to find their form of old in 2009 with a
season best finish of 4th place in Germany and Hungary for Rosberg.
Rosberg did manage fastest race lap in the season opener in Australia but
sadly this was not a sign of things to come.
Williams still does make one
of the nicest looking cars on the grid in terms of car shape.
